At Home Spaces Renovations & Improvements
At Home Spaces was founded by Brampton, Ontario entrepreneur Wayne Barbour. His endeavors in the renovation field began in 2003 when he joined and learned from skilled contractors engaging in many different kinds of renovation projects. Over the years, he has developed a range of experiences including renovation design and construction, electrical and plumbing, flooring and tile-setting, painting and finishing. He co-ordinates a crew of co-proprietors with the experience and skills to complete quality projects. He also invites specialists skilled in custom glass, granite, quartz, and other finishing installers to contribute to the projects.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
When At Home Spaces performs renovations which involve modifications to the breaker panel, such as in basement finishing, we involve the oversight of a licensed master electrician, and the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). The ESA inspects the roughed-in wiring and final installments, with two separate inspections. An ESA inspection certificate is issued directly to the homeowner which verifies safe electrical work completed, provides peace of mind to the client and prospective buyers, and gives insurance companies the information they need for their risk assessment.
