With a busy family and living large lifestyle, this homeowner had a vision to convert their previously unfinished basement into recreational spaces for entertainment, fitness, and pursuing hobbies. This basement included a living room with an entertainment center, a wet bar, a home gym, a music room, a simple bathroom, and play areas for the kids.
This at-home fitness centre offers a private, convenient workout space for the homeowners. This home gym included mirrored walls, a glass-paned french door, shelving to hold workout gear, and a whiteboard for recording progress and routines.
More than just a space for instruments, this basement room was transformed into a writing, recording, and rehearsing studio. We installed special insulation to provide soundproofing to block out sounds from the rest of this busy house. The room was furnished with two drumsets, a guitar rack, and recording equipment.
